History
Eastend Design Group was established in 2004 by Julie D. Tice because of her interest in working intimately with clients to achieve the best design solutions for their needs. The majority of the firm’s projects are adaptive reuse of the Baltimore-Washington area’s vast array of historic structures, including residential and mixed-use buildings.
Since its inception, Eastend Design Group has built an outstanding reputation among both clients and government agencies for its hands-on, service-based approach and its attention to detail and ability to consider sound design solutions within unusual circumstances, with nearly all of its projects generated through referrals and repeat clients.
